The Institute also offers vascular surgery and cardiac rehabilitation services. Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center - 231 East Brown Street, East Stroudsburg, PA The Hughes Cancer Center offers the types of sophisticated radiation oncology and chemotherapy treatments usually found only at academic healthcare centers. The Center is a member of the Jefferson Cancer Network, which provides the oncology specialists at the Hughes Cancer Center with access to the latest proven treatment protocols as well as specialized educational programs and conferences. Clementine Abeloff Community Health Center 200 East Brown Street, East Stroudsburg, PA PMC opened its Clementine Abeloff Community Health Center in 1996. The Center provides increased access to sick- and well-baby care for children throughout the Poconos. In addition, the dental clinic provides care for the region's medically underinsured and uninsured children.
Mattioli Emergency Center Staffed with 15 emergency medicine physicians and more than 100 nurses and technical staff, the newly renovated Mattioli Emergency Center treats more than 70,000 patients annually, making it one of Pennsylvania's busiest emergency departments. The Mattioli Emergency Center is open 24/ 7 for residents and visitors to the Poconos. Our ER team works closely with the many area ambulance companies to provide high quality, quick response emergency medical care.
Maternal & Child Health PMC believes that childbirth is a family experience. This family-centered approach allows for many progressive features including family-member participation at birth, modified rooming-in, and extended visiting hours for immediate family, including grandparents and siblings. Safe Haven - In accordance with Pennsylvania's Newborn Protection Act, Pocono Medical Center offers a SAFE HAVEN for the mother or father of any newborn (less than 28 days old) who is unable to care for their child and wishes to turn that child over to the hospital. Post-acute inpatient rehabilitation services are offered at PMC through Good Shepherd Rehabilitation at Pocono Medical Center, a licensed inpatient unit of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. PMC also offers a complete cardiac rehabilitation program to improve patients' quality of life and help them return to the highest level of independence they can achieve through
therapy.

Outpatient Blood Draw and EKG Testing Sites 447 Office Plaza, Suite 500 East Stroudsburg, PA PMC offers convenient outpatient testing sites for patients to have blood drawn and electrocardiogram tests (EKGs) done. No appointment is necessary; however, if testing is required prior to admission to PMC, patients should make an appointment for pre-admission testing in the Outpatient Testing Department at PMC. Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center One Veterans Place, Stroudsburg, PA A free-standing outpatient surgery center, this facility performs ophthalmologic, urologic, orthopedic, gynecologic, and many other procedures. If your physician tells you that you require an outpatient surgical procedure or a diagnostic test, ask about the services at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center.
