PMC Physician Associates: Infectious Diseases offers specialized expertise to prevent, diagnose, and treat infectious diseases on an outpatient basis. The department is also instrumental in developing and implementing both institutional as well as national guidelines for the management of infectious diseases. Individuals that would like to schedule an appointment can do so by asking their doctors to provide a referral.

APPOINTMENTS, REFERRALS & FEES
Appointments: Appointments are available on weekdays by appointment only. Please arrive about 20 minutes early for your appointment to complete necessary registration paperwork. Be sure to bring your insurance information with you. If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.

Fees & Referrals: Payment is required at the time of service. Patients with insurance are asked to pay co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and charges for non-covered services at the time of their visit. Many managed care plans require written referral or pre-authorization for surgery or other procedures. Our staff can help you with your plan requirements.
