Our community requires the finest care for our children. The Clementine Abeloff Community Health Center provides a warm and friendly environment where your children's clinical and dental needs can be addressed. The Health Center has some of the finest pediatricians and dentists in the area who have decided that providing for the community is their calling.

We provide increased access to sick and well-baby care for children throughout the Poconos. In addition, the dental clinic provides care for the region's medically underinsured and uninsured children.

APPOINTMENTS, FEES & REFERRALS
Appointments: At this time, we are not taking appointments for new patients. However, appointments are available for current patients on weekdays by appointment only. Please arrive about 20 minutes early for your appointment to complete necessary registration paperwork. Be sure to bring your insurance information with you. If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.

Fees & Referrals: Payment is required at the time of service. Patients with insurance are asked to pay co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and charges for non-covered services at the time of their visit. Many managed care plans require written referral or pre-authorization for surgery or other procedures. Our staff can help you with your plan requirements.
