Anne T. Cahill, MD is a Board-certified Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon at the ESSA Heart and Vascular Institute of Pocono Medical Center. Dr.
Cahill joins PMC from Shasta Medical Center in Redding, CA, where the was the Medical Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Prior to directing the Cardiothoracic Surgery program at Shasta Medical Center, she served as a Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon at Lakewood Regional Medical Center and Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. A graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Marquette University, Dr. Cahill completed a residency in General Surgery at Georgetown University and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at UCLA, the world's leading heart transplant center.

Nche Zama, MD, PhD Nche Zama, MD, PhD
Nche Zama, MD, PhD, is the Medical Director of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at the ESSA Heart and Vascular Institute of Pocono Medical Center.
Dr. Zama earned a PhD in chemistry from Cleveland State University-Cleveland Clinic Foundation and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed a residency in general surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and was senior resident in pediatric-cardiac surgery at Harvard Medical School, Boston Children's Hospital. Dr. Zama received fellowship training in cardiothoracic surgery at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is Board-certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery. In addition, Dr. Zama performs pediatric cardiovascular surgery in his missionary work in Asia, Africa and South America. |
