Anil Gupta, MD

Dr. Gupta is presently Chief of Cardiology at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono. He earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India and completed his residency at the Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Gupta completed a fellowship at the Maimonides Medical Center, also in Brooklyn. He board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Praveer Jain, MD

Specializing in cardiology and electrophysiology, Dr. Jain is committed to providing excellent heart care for all patients close to home. In addition to his current role as an electrophysiologist/cardiologist at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono, he has also served as the Director of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratories at Brooklyn VA Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and St. Lukes' Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He served as an assistant professor of medicine at University Hospital of the State University of New York in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to electrophysiology fellowship, Dr. Jain completed an interventional and clinical cardiology fellowship University Hospital of the State University of New York in Stony Brook, NY. He worked as a trauma research fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Jain completed an internal medical residency at University Hospital of the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to that, he completed a general surgery residency at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, where he also attended medical school.  

He is board-certified in cardiology and electrophysiology and is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society. He has authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals, presented original research in several national meetings and has co-authored a book chapter, in addition to being a co-investigator in the national TIMI-4 trial.

Patricia Rylko, MD, FACC

Dr. Rylko earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and she completed her residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, also in Philadelphia. Dr. Rylko completed a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Ann G. Arcurie, CRNP

Ms. Arcurie is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, delivering a wide range of healthcare services to patients within the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery specialties. Working in the outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic, her focuses include non-nuclear and nuclear stress testing and other cardiac care. Ms. Arcurie earned her Master of Nursing degree from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania, and is certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Susan Elser, CRNP

Ms. Elser is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, providing a high level of primary acute care and healthcare services within the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery specialties. Her main focus is anticoagulation management at the PMC Anticoagulation Clinic. She also performs non-nuclear and nuclear stress testing. Ms. Elser earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing and her CRNP certification at the University of Scranton.
